Blade restoration.

Recommended Posts

Saw a cool video on how to take the piss and shit off a high carbon steel blade.

I will put it to the test and report back.

As you can see my G>T knife is pretty funky . Its as sharp as a surgeons scalple but as dirty as whore house matress.

last thing i put that knife through was a de frosted shoulder of a wild pork back in May . It had been quatered and frozen in a chest frezzer for 6 months. The thing was 50lbs worth of weight and and the skin and fat were inch and a half thick.

Went all right through soft and semi frozen meat and hacked through some shoulder blade bone. I think the mess on the blade is blood etching .
